Quilts for Christmas

I'm sure you will all be happy to know that I now have teeth!
I have decided to give all my children a quilt for Christmas.  I am putting a picture and description here so they can pick which one they want. Since I'm sure they will all want the same one, I will draw names to see who will draw first, second etc.
This is the order of the draw.
Sarah
Andrea
Betsy
Hannah
Abby
Valerie

Here are the quilts.

                             Purple Mystery-56 inches x 56 inches

                                                              Crazy Hearts-54x69  (Abby)
                                                  Valentine Hearts-78x85 (Val)
Cowboys-67x81 (Sorry for the bad picture) (Hannah)
                                              Civil War X's and O's- 75x83 (Betsy)
                                               Simple Frustration-71x86 (Andrea)
                                                   Purple and Turquoise Boxes- 63x75
                                                     Homespun clover-72x98 (Sarah)
Pick which one you want and I'll get it to you, starting with Sarah. There will be one left over. Love you guys

  4. I'm first! I'm first! And I can't choose at the moment because I have a screaming, wailing, kicking one year old making it hard for me to make the very best decision. I'll be back when the tantrum is over. And I might like the ones you want Betsy and it is cheating to try to make me feel bad if I want what you want so I'm not going to look at your comment--I already forgot what you want!

  11. Alright. I want the Cowboys. I'm kinda grateful for the blurry picture because no one could see how cute it is in person.

I agree with Betsy...how hard could it be to make 8 brand new quilts every year to give away? :)

    THANKS MOM!!!

  12. Since when does Mom have 8 kids?

  13. I don't know...she just has 8 quilts posted. Which, I was thinking, means that there will actually be 2 extras on this thing because Caleb is not listed.

  19. Wait - are these "Use" quilts, or are they "Look At" quilts? I hope they are "look at" because I have a wall that is perfect for it, and we'll never have to paint again!

  20. I just love your quilts, especially the homespun clover and valentine hearts. Is there a pattern for those or did you just make them up. If you did have a pattern can you tell me where you got it? Marcia
